Common questions
What counts as an order?
Any Shopify order that TruUp syncs during the billing period. Draft orders and test orders are not counted.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a contract?
No contracts. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime from your Shopify admin.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you’re not satisfied within the first 14 days, we’ll refund your most recent charge. See our refund policy for details.
